Students learn bartending skills at a 24-foot, custom-made bar with multiple work stations, each with a three-bay sink with hot and cold running water. The bar is stocked with facsimile liquors, liqueurs, wine, beer, mixers, and garnishes. The Academy's bar is fully equipped with professional glassware and all utensils and equipment needed for a full-service bar operation.

The Professional Bartending Academy, founded in 1994, has staff and instructors with over 45 years of combined experience in bartending and bar management.
