Students learn bartending skills at a custom-made bar with multiple work stations, each with a three-bay sink with hot and cold running water. The bar is stocked with facsimile liquors, liqueurs, wine, beer, mixers, and garnishes. The Academy's bar is fully equipped with professional glassware and all utensils and equipment needed for a full-service bar operation.
